In this initial phase, carefully selected raw materials are mixed and undergo a chemical reaction to create a foamable liquid mixture.
The foamable mixture is poured into molds or shaped on conveyor belts, where it expands and cures to achieve the desired foam shape and thickness.
The finished foam products undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet our high standards for performance, durability, and consistency.
